Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift
- Provide clinical leadership to your team
- Solve problems and make confident clinical decisions
- Ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional healthcare environment
- Help maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience in correctional healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of correctional healthcare policies and procedures
