RN Supervisor, Outpatient
Essential Functions
The RN Supervisor, Outpatient is responsible for assisting leadership in the operational performance of clinical outpatient services and/or programs. This position is accountable for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care to the patients. Direct and on-going communication with clinic Medical Director will be required to ensure overall program growth and adherence. This position is also responsible in assisting with analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs which enhance, strengthen, and integrate services, according to the established policies of the department and LCMC.
Experience Qualifications
- 2 years of clinical experience.
- Valid license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing in Louisiana.
- American Heart Association, Basic Life Support HeartSaver & First Aid certification.
Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of communications systems.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to greet visitors and other personnel in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Knowledge and ability to set-up and maintain presentation devices.
