RN Supervisor – Night Shift Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan 104 Pension Road, Englishtown, NJ 07726 NOW HIRING – RN SUPERVISOR Full-Time | Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM overnight shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the overnight hours. What You'll Do As the RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during your assigned shift. Responsibilities include: Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shiftMonitor residents' conditions and ensure appropriate nursing care is providedRespond to changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate interventionsCommunicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary teamProvide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staffEnsure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriatelyConduct rounds and monitor resident care and safetyAssist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as neededAddress clinical and staffing concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirementsPromote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Current New Jersey RN license in good standingPrevious supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting preferredStrong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shiftCompassionate and resident-focused approach to careDependable, professional, and team-oriented Why Join Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan?
