RN Supervisor - Neurosurgical (Full-time, Nights)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Supervisor for a Neurosurgical unit to oversee operations and patient care in a specialized 25-bed setting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of unit activities.
• Serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
• Performing duties as a staff nurse when needed and assuming delegated managerial tasks.
• Supporting complex surgical cases, recovery, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years' patient care experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional unit-specific certifications may be necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Skills and physical requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including gripping, reaching, and bending.
