Position Summary As an RN Supervisor, you will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the nursing team while ensuring the highest quality of care for our resident Veterans. This role is responsible for supervising daily nursing operations, promoting regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shiftsProvide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staffEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and proceduresMonitor resident care to ensure quality outcomes and exceptional serviceCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health and well-beingAssist with staff development, training, and performance managementPromote a positive, resident-centered culture of care Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree or higher in NursingCurrent, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practiceStrong leadership, communication, and supervisory skillsAbility to effectively lead and motivate nursing staff while fostering a team-oriented environment Preferred Previous experience as an RN SupervisorLong-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran care experience Make a Difference Every Day If you're a compassionate nursing leader looking for an opportunity to impact the lives of Veterans while advancing your career, we'd love to hear from you.
