About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor oversees resident care by coordinating nursing staff, ensuring a compassionate environment, and supporting residents and families. This role maintains a safe, clean workspace, manages confidential information, documents care services, and fosters teamwork among healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care delivered by nursing staff.

• Address inquiries from residents, families, and staff.

• Manage confidential resident information and document care services accurately.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs.
