About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor responsible for overseeing resident care and managing nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning staff to meet resident needs
• Creating a compassionate environment for residents and families
• Providing information and support to residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by enforcing regulations
• Protecting resident confidentiality and managing documentation of care services
• Fostering collaborative relationships within healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
