About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and lead nursing staff in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Responding to questions
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Safeguarding confidential information
- Managing documentation of care services

Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years long-term care experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication
- Basic computer skills
