About the role

Oversee resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff, ensuring a compassionate environment, and supporting residents and families. Provide information to residents and staff, maintain a safe and clean environment, safeguard confidential information, manage documentation of care services, and foster teamwork among healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Basic computer skills
