About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care at a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Creating a compassionate environment supporting residents and families
• Providing information and answering questions from residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Protecting resident confidentiality and managing care documentation
• Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in long-term care
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency
