RN Supervisor - Cath Lab, Full Time, Day Shift

About the Role

Leads and coordinates daily unit activities, ensuring safe, quality nursing care and regulatory compliance. Acts as a resource, mentor, and change agent for staff, promoting positive patient outcomes and staff development. Supervises nursing and support personnel, ensuring adherence to policies, protocols, and regulations. Collaborates with the care team to meet patient and family needs, advocates for patients, and manages staffing and scheduling. Conducts rounds, maintains unit oversight, and participates in hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Provides administrative support to the Nurse Manager and ensures compliance with hospital standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required); Master's preferred
• 5+ years of technical nursing experience (preferred)
• RN licensure in practice state (required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (required)
