Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with resident care plans, policies, and regulations
- Oversee medication administration and resident safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality care
- Act as the leadership point of contact for staff and administration on the evening shift
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania
- Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Long-term care experience preferred
