About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing activities in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Supervising daily nursing staff, including Certified Nursing Assistants and LPNs
- Assessing, planning, and delegating resident care
- Administering medications and providing treatments as per physician’s orders
- Performing physical assessments and documenting resident progress
- Managing admissions and discharges when necessary
Requirements
- Current Georgia RN license
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care
- CPR/BLS First Aid certification

- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
