About the role
Nursing Leadership at Glendive Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to lead patient care operations during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of nursing operations across multiple departments
- Assignment of staff and coordination of workflow during shift
- Cohesion of admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaboration with providers to ensure quality care
- Response to changes in patient conditions
- Hands-on nursing care as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license (MT or compact)
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- Leadership or charge experience preferred
