About the role
We are seeking an RN Supervisor for our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. The position involves supervising CNAs and nursing staff, managing care plans, medication administration, and ensuring quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff
- Implement and maintain a quality assurance program
- Medication administration
- Computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation, and reporting of any changes in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary
- Ordering medications from the pharmacy
- Wound care
- Collecting and processing lab samples
- Managing all aspects of the care plan process
Qualifications
- RN License or Temporary RN License
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Supervising Experience (Preferred)
