Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Three or more years as an RN, with one or more years managerial experience preferredValid state RN license requiredBSN or enrollment in BSN program requiredBLS is required at hireACLS is required within 6 months of hireCRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements Preferred Experience Two (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.One (1) or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.BSN or enrollment in BSN program is preferred.
