Roles & Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions.
• Coordinates care among various healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Carries out and communicates physician and nursing orders effectively.
• Affirms and coordinates discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Utilizes critical thinking, decisive judgment, and works independently as needed.
• Operates in a high-stress environment with adaptability.
• Fulfills standard precautions and uses personal protective equipment as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care settings.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) clearance may be required.
