About the Role

Join our Family Birth Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a specialized labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care.
• Advocate for patients through education and emotional support.
• Deliver direct patient care adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout their care journey.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• At least one year of nursing experience or completion of a residency program.
• Current RN license, BLS, NRP, and other relevant certifications; additional training may be required.

Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health systems.
