Responsibilities

• Develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate care delivery

• Serve as a role model, mentor, and change agent
• Integrate evidence-based practices to improve care quality
• Maintain safety and environmental standards

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid licensure and certifications such as BLS, ALS, and NRP or PALS, depending on the state
