Role Summary
Manages women’s services activities, workflows, and nursing resources to deliver woman-, newborn-, and family-centered care.

- Develops individualized care plans based on health data
- Coordinates care delivery
- Evaluates patient outcomes

- Collaborates with families and healthcare teams
- Mentors staff

- Ensures safety and environmental health
- Continuously improves nursing quality
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license
- BLS and ALS or equivalent certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Commitment to safe and ethical practice
