Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid state nursing license
- CPR certification (obtain within 90 days if not already certified)
- Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, safety practices, and patient education
- Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly in emergencies
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
