About the role

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Registered Nurse specializing in Urology at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patient’s condition, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Graduate from a college or university accredited by NLNAC or CCNE.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nevada.
• Knowledge of Urology nursing practices and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
