About the role

We provide direct patient care in a specialty unit, adhering to the organization's scope and standards of practice. Our team works collaboratively across disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
• May precept student nurses and new hires.
• Evaluates learning needs of the patient and family, and provides appropriate education.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on assessment.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient condition.
• Communicates patient condition as necessary.

• Accredited Program: Nursing
• BLS American Heart E-Card
• BLS American Heart RQI E-Card
• BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard
• BLS Certification Grace
• ACLS American Heart E-Card
• ACLS American Heart RQI E-Card
• ACLS Certification_non ecard
• ACLS Certification (ACLS RC)
• Registered Nurse Compact License (RN LICENSE COMPACT)
• Registered Nurse License (RN LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)

Qualifications

• One (1) year of nursing experience required.
