Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggesting solutions for problems and complaints.
- Identify departmental issues and recommend improvements to optimize function and productivity.
- Assess patient and family learning needs, developing and executing effective teaching plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Active RN license in Washington State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers or CPR/AED for professionals.
- Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience.
