About the role
Provide personalized patient care, support clinical duties, and assist in coordinating patient services within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggesting solutions for issues and complaints.
- Identify departmental problems and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Assess patient and family learning needs, developing and implementing teaching plans.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in Washington State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers or CPR/AED for professionals.
Qualifications
Preferred: At least 2 years of RN work experience.
