Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN license for the state or compact licensurePhysical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasksCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hireAdditional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and others may be required based on the unit or role Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and adhere to standards and regulations to support positive health outcomes.
