RN Specialty Clinic - Infusion (Part-Time .4 FTE Days)

Position Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license, meeting state requirements. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing various physical tasks. Certifications: Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or others based on unit needs, which may be obtained within specified timeframes. Skills & Qualities: Strong clinical knowledge, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to patient-centered care. Physical stamina and adherence to safety standards are essential.
