RN Specialty Clinic - Infusion (Full-Time, Days)

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care based on nursing assessments Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery Monitor and evaluate care outcomes Uphold patient rights and confidentiality Perform duties in accordance with organizational standards and policies Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure and ability to maintain licensure in the state or compact jurisdiction Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks Proficiency in assessing patient needs and providing appropriate nursing interventions
