Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing programCurrent RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirementsAbility to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularlyProlonged standing and walkingPhysical ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squatBasic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hireAdditional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required or obtained within specified timeframes Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
