The posted compensation range of $57.02 - $86.80 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. About the Role
Marian Regional Medical Center is seeking a Shift Coordinator RN to partner in the delivery of quality care. The Shift Coordinator RN will provide crucial administrative and staffing coordination for nursing units, consistent with their scope of licensure and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures patient/family assessments identify patient-care needs by:
- Accepts responsibility for overall management of the facility for assigned shift by:
- Communicates effectively with team, patients, families, physicians, and others by:
- Ensures the ongoing evaluation of patient/family responses to nursing and medical interventions by:
- Complies with policy and procedures
Requirements
- Five (5) years of progressive clinical experience and
- At least two (2) years of clinical skills development and/or supervisory experience related to assigned departments and services.
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Preferred
- Bachelor of Nursing BSN, upon hire
