RN Senior Manager - Quality Assurance
About the role
Manages the Accreditation systemic administrative processes related to The Joint Commission, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Department of Health (DOH), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and other key regulatory standards affecting the campuses for SW Service Area including St. Peter Hospital and Centralia Hospital. These include applications, corrective action plans and progress reports, compliance assessments and investigations, and license renewals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 2 years of hire: Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- 3 years Related experience
- Electronic Health Record experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or healthcare related field
- Education in performance assessment and improvement processes
- 2 years Supervisory experience
- Experience in performance assessment and improvement processes

Pay
$70.51 - $111.31 per hour. Placement on the wage range is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
