RN - School Based Health

About the Role

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a School-Based Health position. We are looking for friendly, accessible, and credible individuals to join our team and provide quality healthcare to patients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers.
• Manage the order management process for the office.
• Serve as a Superuser for Electronic Medical Records (E.M.R.), facilitating training and support for new clinicians and staff.
• Room patients and obtain visit information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate standard office equipment and medical office software.
• Provide proper care and maintenance of medical equipment and instruments.
• Competently assist providers in clinical procedures and perform clinical tasks as needed.
• Prepare and maintain clean, fully supplied exam rooms.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• 1-year medical office experience preferred.
