About the role
We are seeking new graduate nurses to join a comprehensive 12-month transition-to-practice program that combines education, mentorship, and peer support. As a staff nurse, you will provide care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
This role offers opportunities in various units including Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Women's Services, and more, with a focus on developing clinical judgment and communication skills, fostering professional socialization, and supporting quality and safety improvement.

Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia
- BLS certification required
