We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role involves coordinating patient activities, maintaining practice standards, and demonstrating professional growth and accountability within organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering safe, quality nursing care in various clinical settings such as acute care, critical care, emergency, women’s services, and surgical services.Developing clinical judgment to recognize patient condition changes promptly.Engaging with colleagues and supporting patients through effective communication.Participating in cohort and peer support experiences to foster professional development.
