Our Nurse Residency is a 12-month transition to practice program utilizing an evidence-based curriculum to facilitate professional development and support for new graduate nurses through Education, Mentorship, Leadership, and Preceptor. The program combines didactic and simulation-based learning, with precepted clinical experiences and professional development opportunities.

• Confidently provide patient care as part of an interprofessional team
• Have a voice in your practice by participating in shared governance
• Prepare to achieve specialty certification or pursue further academic education
• Motivated to take part in our clinical advancement program
• Opportunities to advance your careers or explore other specialty nursing roles

Who You Are

• Graduating from an Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent) from an accredited institution required.
• Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH or eligible.
