Our 12-month, comprehensive Nurse Residency program facilitates the transition from student to professional nurse through education, mentorship, and peer support. It prepares new graduates by teaching essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors for continuous improvement in patient care.

Responsibilities
The Staff Nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth to end-of-life, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Graduate of a nursing program
- Minimum Experience: New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Minimum Licensure/Certification: Current Georgia RN license, BLS certification
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, advanced certifications in specialty fields
