About the role

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional patient care by utilizing the nursing process, technology, and resources within the institution's philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial assessments and develops, implements, and modifies individualized care and rehabilitation plans based on patient and family needs.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
• Accurate documentation, patient and staff safety, teaching patients and families self-care skills, and participating in team meetings and rounds.

Qualifications

• A valid RN license.
• BLS certification.
• An associate's degree or higher.
