RN Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

Page Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality patient care
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered by nursing staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents and patients
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing concerns and issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments
• Identify and report any concerns or issues related to patient safety, quality of care, or facility operations to management
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage as needed

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (new grads welcome to apply!)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
