RN Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Supervise and coordinate resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as needed
• Aid physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders
• Mentor, train, and support nursing personnel
• Prepare daily staff assignments and ensure smooth unit operations
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of experience
