Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals on weekends
• Review and implement patient care plans, ensuring that they align with the needs and preferences of each individual
• Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and activities, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
