RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Mon-Fri Position

As a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including assignment of tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Ensure that all resident care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures, as well as relevant state and federal regulations
• Monitor and report on resident outcomes and quality metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve care
• Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
• Participate in staff education and training, addressing any knowledge gaps and ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
