We are seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation. As a Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in leading and mentoring our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring seamless communication among departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses, encouraging professional growth and development while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
• Ensure that high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered to residents, adhering to regulations and standards.
• Foster open and effective communication among team members, department heads, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations of the unit, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
• Utilize your nursing expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.

Schedule

Monday through Friday.
