Responsibilities

As a vital clinical leader, the RN Registered Nurse will oversee the following:

• Clinical Leadership: Provide expert supervision and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs to ensure patient-centered excellence.
• Advanced Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments and proactively monitor for changes in resident conditions.
• Care Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary care plans while managing complex medication administration and physician orders.
• Documentation & Safety: Maintain meticulous clinical charting in strict compliance with state regulations and act as a guardian of safety protocols.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role of RN Registered Nurse, candidates must possess:

• Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Expertise: Strong critical thinking skills and a deep commitment to geriatric or sub-acute care.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital communication tools.
