Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state guidelines.
- Completing accurate, timely documentation of resident care, conditions, and clinical observations.
- Transcribing physician orders, implementing care plans, and coordinating medication orders/refills with pharmacy providers.
- Administering medications and treatments precisely as directed.
- Collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive, holistic resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse RN license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.
- Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and seamlessly as part of a collaborative clinical team.
- Long-term care experience is preferred, but a passion for resident-centered care is required.
