• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (FT 3rd shift) | $2,500 (PT 3rd shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Lead the shift nursing team, directing LPNs and CNAs to foster a culture of accountability.
• Patient Oversight & Intervention: Act as the primary clinical authority on your unit—identifying subtle clinical shifts and managing rapid-response interventions.
• Medication Management: Administer complex pharmacological regimens with 100% precision.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside therapists, MDs, and leadership to drive industry-leading outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• Experience: Must have 1–2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Clinical Judgment: Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to make rapid, independent clinical decisions.
