Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 (Full-Time) | $3,750 (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

As a vital clinical leader, the RN Registered Nurse will oversee the following:

• Clinical Oversight: Perform comprehensive assessments, evaluate resident well-being, and report status changes to physicians immediately.
• Documentation & Medication: Maintain precise clinical records in compliance with state regulations, transcribe physician orders, and safely administer complex treatments.
• Unit Leadership: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Emergency Response: Lead the clinical response during emergency situations to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role of RN Registered Nurse, candidates must possess:

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Clinical Judgment: Strong critical thinking and the ability to act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Skilled nursing or sub-acute experience is valued; however, high-potential new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead a diverse nursing team and engage with families.
