About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) position at GSS ND Bis St Vincent Care Ctr focuses on providing comprehensive nursing care to residents while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include coordinating care, assessing residents, educating them, and managing various nursing interventions. This role also involves serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Assess residents' health status and needs
- Educate residents and their families about health management and treatment
- Coordinate care among interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate
- Ensure the safety and reliability of resident care
- Resolve care and service concerns
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Preferred graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications

Pay
$32.50 - $48.00 per hour
