We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse at Rochester Residence and Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care to ensure the highest level of quality and satisfaction
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement resident care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Monitor resident progress and report changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
