About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Registered Nurse to join our team at Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a premier provider of state-of-the-art short and long-term skilled nursing services in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to meet patient needs
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting significant changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and wellness strategies
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
