RN - Registered Nurse (NIGHTS)

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and communicating any barriers to providing service immediately to their supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Healthcare-related experience where prior exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions).
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).

Pay

Very competitive pay rates with shift differentials available for qualifying shifts:

• Weeknight (Mon - Thurs): 10%
• Weekend Day (Sat & Sun): 15%
• Weekend Night (Friday, Sat, Sun): 30%
